Mr. Lait Mohan did his bachelor’s (BE-Civil)from RITE Kolhapur and then his Master’s (PGDACM) from NICMAR PUNE University in Construction management. He worked with JLL as Project Director for 15yrs, then he joined Aeiforia As a CEO.

Dr Ram Ramakrishnan

Ram Ramakrishnan, Managing Director of Leadership KARD LLP (www.leadershipkard.com) and COP Management Consultants LLP. He is a Leadership Coach focusing on Real Estate & Facilities Management Services and Transformational needs of individuals and organizations. He has over 34 years of corporate experience worked for Fortune 500 companies. He mentored individuals and start-ups to device sustainable growth strategies. Since 2018 established his own companies for consulting and Leadership Training, Coaching and Mentoring. He was Vice President of the Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi, as well as of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore. He served as President of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, during 2016–2018.
He held Leadership roles in the areas of Corporate Real Estate Management, Facilities and Administration. Successfully led the team for effective design & delivery of services in the areas of Soft Services, Project Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee Transport, Engineering Services, Telecom Services, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Security, Travel, Procurement & Sustainability. Managed approximately 8 million square feet of facilities across India with over 400 direct staff.
He is a resource person to various Industry forums and participated as panel moderator, panel speaker in these forums. Recipient of many awards for his leadership skills both from companies and from industry forums. To name few are Management Award from GE and Best Facilities Manager in India Award from FM association in 2011. He led the project of ISO 14001 certification and got certified as first IT company to get certified in the year 1999. Core team member of Corporate Sustainability and published the first Sustainability report for the company in the year 2008.
He is a member of International Facilities Management Association, National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), and Hon. Board Member of INFHRA a Facilities Management Association. He is a graduate in science with Postgraduate degrees in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata and in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi. A CAMI & Middle Earth certified “Master Trainer & Facilitator”. He got trained on Up Your Service directly by Ron Kaufman and Art of Negotiations by William Ury. He have also successfully completed Franklin Covey course on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “Train the Trainer- Master Certified” by Teachers are Leaders Community and completed the “Million Dollars Business Secrets” certification course by T Harv Eker. Certified Coach from Coach Transformation Academy.
He is an author of two books titled “Focus 5: A Practical Guide for Career Growth” and Local to Global – 3 step frameworks for Business Growth. He is a strong believer of “We all have powers to make impossible possible”

Nidhi Tiwari

As a commercial specialists (specialist in IT SEZ), Nidhi has over 30 years of experience leading and managing projects across various sectors. Moreover, she has extensive experience working as an entrepreneur, lecturer, and project manager for some of the industry's largest companies. She is an external consultant for leading real estate developers on project integration and brownfield modifications. A unique project being led by her team is to enable buildings to be accessible to people with disabilities, as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.

Dr S Sharan

Dr Sharan is the founder, Dr Sharan Consulting California. He did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1980. He got Certificate in Decision Support Systems from IIT, Kanpur in 1986; and Doctorate in International Business in 1996. Dr Sharan is former Visiting Professor, IIM LUCKNOW and University of Texas, Dallas, USA. He visited President University, Indonesia on invitation from Dean Faculty of Business in 2018. Her Excellency Governor of Karnataka nominated Dr Sharan as Syndicate Member of Bangalore University in recognition of his academic distinctions.
Dr Sharan has not only been researching entrepreneurship since 1984, he was creating new business ventures in more than one domain (Advertising Agency; Research Farm; Indian JV of Dutch MNC; Society to promote Professionalising Family Business Management; Registered Trust to promote Social Enterprise; and the latest initiative, One -of-it's-kind Proprietorship Firm in Angel Advisory & Investing domain). He is Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved Director in Brick & Mortar firm; Digital Hi-Tech firm; & Professional firm based in Delhi NCR. Apart from this Dr Sharan has In-Principle Agreements with a portfolio of 'very early stage' Startups for expert advice particularly to facilitate well-managed rapid growth.
His Dr Sharan Consulting California (DSCC) has 2 units: one in original Silicon Valley ( Palo Alto, CA, USA) via collaboration with VBC, Inc.; and second in "Silicon Valley of India" Bengaluru. The two together boast of MoU with Dhyana Pura University (Bali, Indonesia); & GLA University, (Mathura, India); plus few others that are in different stages of conclusion.
